Viptaka12 (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform" or "we") is an online gaming and Sports Betting service provider. By using the viptaka12.vu website and all related services, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions set out below.

• Withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours
• Completing KYC verification speeds up the withdrawal process
• A minimum balance of BDT 500 is required to make a withdrawal
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted
• Withdrawals must be made using the same method as the deposit (where applicable)

• Bets will be refunded if a match is cancelled

If odds contain a Palpable Error, viptaka12 reserves the right to void the bet. In such cases, the original stake will be refunded.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on viptaka12 and may result in account termination and forfeiture of funds:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts
• Unauthorised access to another user's account
• Use of bots, scripts, or automated software
• Exploiting platform vulnerabilities or bugs
• Money laundering or illegal financial activity
• Harassing or defrauding other users
• Cyberattacks or hacking attempts against the platform

Viptaka12 reserves the right to suspend or close any account under the following circumstances:

• If evidence of a Terms & Conditions violation is found
• If false information is found during KYC verification
• In cases of suspicious financial activity
• If the account holder is proven to be a minor
• Users may also close their own account through self-exclusion

If an account is closed without any breach of terms, the remaining balance will be refunded. For accounts under investigation, withdrawals may be held until the investigation is complete.

However, if an error occurs on our end due to a technical fault — such as incorrect odds or an incorrect payout — we will take appropriate action and notify the affected user.

Viptaka12 may update these terms and conditions, in whole or in part, at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or on-platform notification.

Continued use of the platform after any changes takes effect means you have accepted the updated Terms. If you disagree with any changes, please stop using your account and contact us.

These terms and conditions are available in both English and Bengali. In the event of any conflict between the two versions, the English version shall be considered authoritative.
